Monday, April 1, 2024 - Pulled this delicious CdP out for Easter Sunday lamb with all the family. Lovely concentrated aromas of anise, clove, vanilla, kirsch, rose petals & black & red cherries. M(+) tannins present but with time in the decanter they seemed to mellow. Palate is more black fruit with blueberry too. Feels like a wine that will start to develop in 2-3 years, for now it's very tasty but will get better.
