Tuesday, January 4, 2022 - This is a very intense, serious and tasty Beaune. Lots of florals on the nose but then black and blue berries on the palate, with hints of aniseed, salinity, game meats, clove and pepper. There is serious intensity and length, and it certainly over delivers for a Beaune premier cru. Really delicious already at only 3 years old, and should develop beautifully. A relative bargain.
