Thursday, March 9, 2017 - Zachys La Paulee "Warm-up" Dinner (Lafayette - New York NY): Served double blind. I thought this showed lots of red fruit with Asian five spice and very good density. All this took me to Vosne Grand Cru and its maturity level to approximately 1985-1990. Based on a recent bottle I opened, I thought perhaps Mongeard-Mugneret 1985 Grands-Echezeaux.
