Very complex aromatically with chicken stock, lentils, white chocolate and some florals (which sound like a horrible combo, but works!) Mid-weight palate with medium acidity and surprisingly low alcohol. Everything in its place for a nice, slow evolution. Would be perfect with Vietnamese take-out or a slow-cooked chicken/mushroom braise of some kind. This is worth seeking out, and a level above any GV I've had in a while.
