Saturday, September 24, 2016 - 4th Saturday Brown Bagger (The Anvil Club, East Dundee, IL): Opens with a weedy quality- perhaps there's some brettanomyces influence here too- with dusty cedary red fruit. The palate has a darker fruit profile than the bouquet suggests, along with dusty earth and tea leaf qualities. Finishes qute well though. Guessed old CA cab.
