Saturday, January 28, 2023 - Drank with bruschetta and braised short rib ravioli with bolognese at Monzu in San Diego. Food paired extremely well with this great Italian meal. Red cherries are abound in the aromatics as well as on the palate. Floral notes as well with silky tannins (no need to decant), some minerality,raspberries and light oak. Great Brunello di Montalcino!
