Thursday, October 26, 2023 - Perfumed red fruit aroma, notes of cherry, strawberry, rhubarb, dried flowers and “pinot funk”. Very complex and enticing aroma.

Rich red fruit flavor with loads of sweet strawberry, ripe cherry, herbs and vanilla. Cocoa notes on the long, evolving finish. Well balanced - the alcohol, acidity and fine tannins are well integrated and cohesive. Smooth texture.

Opens up nicely with air, needs at least 1hr to show best but longer is better. Approachable now with a decant, but will benefit from additional time in the cellar.
