Friday, March 10, 2023 - According to Mickaël Haratyk at Domaine Joblot, the 2019 vintage was "absolutely gorgeous". And I agree. This is a very good PN with loads of red berries, especially raspberries. But also more blue fruit than I expected, as well as subtle floral notes and elegant touches of earth and oak. Dry, fruity and intense with substantial tannins that speak of great cellaring potential. In the long, juicy finish comes a lively hint of menthol and a subtle minerality. Will try to save the last bottle for 2030.
