Wednesday, February 28, 2024 - An eclectic night (Trapet, Duroché, Yquem,...) (Tøyen, Oslo): This needed every bit of 4 hours in the glass to reveal an explosion of raspberry, red currant, blackberry, stems, spices and damp soil.
At the end of dinner, this was just stupendously nice, what an epic wine!
