Sunday, December 31, 2017 - Paired swimmingly with lamb, two days in a row. The tannins are firm but smooth. The wine is dark and inky but brown from age (totally normal). There are still tannins to let this wine sit for a few more years imo, but I do not regret opening it now. I aged this wine for years, and it was worth the wait!
