Wednesday, April 7, 2010 - Nice med pale to med yellow with a v slight green tinge - nice nose of apples, quince, pear, and a faint broader note - nice round entry, nice balance w good acidity and fruit, and a nice subtle leesy/oak note - all the pieces are pulling in the same direction, and the finish ends in a smoky note that suits it well to food - very nice and holding up well. This might keep another 1-3 years, but it is drinking perfectly right now.
