Saturday, October 9, 2021 - Phoenix Palace and Regents Park Lunch: Lovely - well put together, nutty, aromatic, super precise. A more full mid palate than one sometimes gets with fino, and a very welcome 15% abv. Whenever I drink wine like this I wonder why I don’t drink more sherry.

If this were a line in a song it it would be Cyndi Lauper singing “you with the sad eyes” in True Colors.
