Friday, November 5, 2021 - Impressive structure, fruit and complexity. And I love big tannic wine, but these are a bit too bitter atm, clashing for me even with rich food. If I was drinking again anytime soon, simple fatty cut of steak is probably the only option. Otherwise give it 5-8 years.
