Saturday, October 1, 2022 - Thats a bloody good Aligote from highly esteemed producer. Feels creamy, soft and well balanced. As it was tasted blind, I went for Chardonnay from Chassagne, it was not far fetched as at least I got the appelation right. Pale straw yellow. Aroma of peaches, yellow plums, smoke, chalk, vanilla, apples, mineral hints. Palate is smooth, focused and vivid, slightly oily texture goes in harmony with well integrated medium level acidity and flavours echoing aroma.
