Tuesday, March 16, 2021 - Medium-dark purple ruby. Some umami up front that then turns into a simple nose of dark fruits, spice, and a bit of alcohol. Medium-light bodied with high acidity. Palate is full of fresh fruit – cherries, plums, strawberries, and blackberries. Medium tannins that are sharp on the tongue that soften up to a cocoa like texture by the finish. Long herbal finish of oak – dill, pepper, leather, and some vanilla.
