Monday, March 18, 2024 - Quick decant. Nose shows black cherry, Maraschino cherry, and roses. Supple, vibrant red cherry palate laced with minerals, lilac, black peppercorns, and carnations. Finish delivers a quick zip of thin tannins and acidity followed by black tea, raisin, and unripe raspberry. Palate's the start and the finish is a bit disappointing.
