Thursday, August 24, 2023 - Tasted blind. Citrus, tropical fruits, lychee, mango and minerality. A little spicy, oily texture. Long peppery finish. Most guests thought it was Alsatian pinot gris. We were all surprised it was an Austrian Riesling. Elegant, complex and well made.
