Saturday, January 21, 2023 - This was crimson in the glass, bursting aromarics, smoky, wild, blueberry shrub and sour cherry, with some purple florals. Exotic and interesting, clearly carbonic maceration. Delicious stuff. I reckon Pax Sonoma Hillsides is the closest thing I’ve tasted to this.
