Wednesday, August 11, 2021 - Very impressive wine. Precise, clean aromas of apricots and secondary baking spice (allspice, clove, and nutmeg) notes. I don't recall ever experiencing "fall in a glass" quite so specifically. Seville orange, apricot, and blood orange zest on the palate. Wow. I love this wine. Quite an introduction to Sabelli-Frisch!
