Monday, April 25, 2022 - Light golden yellow in color. Forward, attractive & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of apples, lemons/limes & some pear with floral overtones of honeysuckle, minerals, stony, a hint of oak & vanilla in the background. Medium light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of yellow peaches, green apples & citrus notes of lemons/limes with some butterscotch, minerals & a slight touch of oak & vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present & may develop further with an additional year or two of additional aging.
