Monday, February 12, 2024 - Light ruby pink with violet hue. Nose upon opening somewhat brett, metallic. Evolving into petrol, pepper, kirsch, grilled meat. It’s got an alcoholic strong note of vapor. Foreshadowing a structured and strong wine. Rich kirsch-cherry, slight vanilla showing oak, brambles, etc. Needs decanting for 1+ hour for sure. Long life ahead. Very nice and surely collectible in the panoply of Swiss producers.
