It starts with sour cherry and brown tobacco aromas, then the palate is an endless stream of salty, earthy, savory goodness. The longer it sits the stronger the savory core gets. There’s excellent structure, so I am likely to age a bottle of two for a while, as this could become a really special bottle of wine.
