Friday, May 5, 2023 - Ruby color. Nose of violets, plum blossom, raspberry, iron filings, and traces of musky earth. Layers of pleasantly ripe red raspberry and dark plum fruit cut with blood orange, iodine, and bits of integrated oak. Bright acidity and integrated tannin. Longer finish of beautiful red berry fruit, iron, and sweet grip. Lovely with baked salmon. Half bottle consumed at Great Sand Dunes Lodge.
