Sunday, February 11, 2024 - The wine is dark ruby colored, opaque. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle, decanted for 2 hours. It smells like blueberry and raspberry, with vanilla notes. on the palate, blueberry, mineral and light toast. The body is medium/full, with medium tannin. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity, and is well balanced. A winner from Beringer, could spend another 3 years in bottle, but is lovely now.
