Wednesday, June 1, 2022 - Rich and velvety wine. Complex nose of anise, granite, and cinnamon, followed with Chambord and luxardo cherries.

Creamy, full body with taste is creamy, vanilla, and red velvet cake. It reads a little heavy at this early stage. Not quite the purity of fruit or 'zip' to go higher, but exceptionally easy to drink.
