Monday, April 15, 2024 - Organic & biodynamic. The nose is deceptively delicate (but enticing!) when compared to the palate, which is quite intense and vibrant. Beautiful balance and a crazy long finish. Really lovely. This still has a gloriously long life ahead of it (at least another 3-5 years, if not more) so no rush to drink up.

Sweetness: dry

Body: medium (+)
Intensity: medium (+)
Flavors: mandarin orange, green apple, lemon, lemon zest, crushed stone, toasted almond, hints of baking spices and white pepper
Finish: long

CONCLUSIONS:
Quality level: very good
Potential for ageing: can drink now, but has good potential for further ageing
