Tuesday, August 31, 2021 - Bright lemon citrus against notes of limestone and chalk on the nose. Dry and crisp, the wine leads with notes of mandarine and tangerine, apple blossom and fresh herbs. The wine is decidedly softer on night two, the mouthfeel more round - leans to apples and pears, and stone fruits.
