Monday, September 25, 2023 - (Disgorged in December 2020, 100% Pinot Noir from ungrafted old vines planted in 1973 in Écueil, dosage 2 gr/l, 3 326 bottles made)
Light yellow colour with a warm nose showing mandarin citrus with a fruity cox apples note as well and with a pleasant acidity on the palate with red apples and showing a ginger spicy note on the pleasant finish.
