Sunday, January 25, 2015 - Blood red. No sediment to speak of. Loamy nose, cedar, ripe plums, bittersweet chocolate. First notes follow the nose, but after some time in the glass, fruits emerged -- red, ripe, but not sweet. Cedar, toast and earth stayed around and completed the finish.
