Tuesday, February 6, 2024 - Medium yellow in the glass, pronounced, developing aromas of quince, green and yellow apple, pear, orchard blossom, lemon zest, lemon oil, vanilla, cream, yougurt, brioche, toast, and wet stones/saline, some cheesiness on the finish. In the mouth, the wine is dry, high acid, med bodied, med alcohol, pronounced flavor intensity with a long finish. Overall, very good-> outstanding with a few more years. Drink now or hold.
