Monday, July 3, 2023 - Light and completely transparent in the glass. Overwhelming aromas of pepper with a little bacon fat, but mostly black peppercorn. Hints of smoke as well. Fresh and bright on the palate with some structure too. kind of reminds me of some Etna wines I've had in the past. Very tasty and characterful. I would like to see this in the context of a wine pairing in a tasting menu, rather than a full or multiple glasses. Cool wine though.
