  Cutting acidity, a very distinct style, thick sweet fruits as well. I think I will open my remaining bottles sooner rather than later.

  Alas last bottle but couldn't resist - I see the CellarTracker community collectively has better restraint. This wine is glorious now but has some tannin and acidity to keep going for ?. Wish we had some stashed to keep enjoying the ride.

  Light and completely transparent in the glass. Overwhelming aromas of pepper with a little bacon fat, but mostly black peppercorn. Hints of smoke as well. Fresh and bright on the palate with some structure too. kind of reminds me of some Etna wines I've had in the past. Very tasty and characterful. I would like to see this in the context of a wine pairing in a tasting menu, rather than a full or multiple glasses. Cool wine though.

  Obviously lightweight, but not lacking for that. Red fruits, cedar, spice, decent acidity. Not quite as balanced as the 2019, but still good nonetheless.
