Friday, July 22, 2011 - Amazing wine. Has a Cabernet typicity with aromas and flavours of cedar and some herbaceous notes along the berry fruit but has also a tell-tale cherry, leather and earthy character that speaks of Tuscany. Nose is developing, quite more evolved than you would expect for a 2004 and has intensity power and refinement. Palate is also rounded with excellent tannins and an amazingly long finish. Top Bordeaux blend of super second level with many years of life ahead of it.
