Friday, November 4, 2022 - Made out of 59% Cabernet Franc and 41% Merlot.

Medium ruby red in appearance. Herbal nuances coming through on the nose, coriander and some white pepper. More acidity than the Katherine with medium tannins (5.5/10) and a medium minus body. Some orange peel on the palate with a hint of red fruit. Drink till 2027.
