Saturday, October 29, 2022 - Oxidative treatment (sous voile), bottled in 2021, 13.5% vol. PnP and enjoyed over two days.

First day: Needs time to open, gets more intense with every minute, dominated by nutty notes with a hint of resin and a suggestion of curry and lemon, medium acidity, dry, creamy texture and very long finish. Very similar the next day without any significant changes.

Already in a good shape but it has many years ahead and will develop only very slowly, 91+ now with the potential for an additional point or two.
