  Oxidative treatment (sous voile), bottled in 2021, 13.5% vol. PnP and enjoyed over two days.
  
  First day: Needs time to open, gets more intense with every minute, dominated by nutty notes with a hint of resin and a suggestion of curry and lemon, medium acidity, dry, creamy texture and very long finish. Very similar the next day without any significant changes.
  
  Already in a good shape but it has many years ahead and will develop only very slowly, 91+ now with the potential for an additional point or two.

  Color: dark yellow, Nose: warm tanins, dried apricòt and strong walnut aromas, mouth: tanins and wood, walnut and faint aromas of yellow fruits, structured by tanins and middle to strong acidity, low on sugar, resembles the taste of an extra dry sherry.
