Sunday, April 7, 2024 - 13.5% ABV. Decanted for 30 minutes. Medium yellow gold. Orchard fruit, peach, quince, mango, lime, ginger, and stony minerality, with bright acidity, and a tight, backward finish. Medium- to full-bodied, with a lightly creamy texture. Very promising, but still young. Start drinking from 2026. 92(+)
