Friday, February 17, 2023 - Nose is cherry raspberry and some flinty reduction. More of that pencil shavings on the body, good ripe cherry rhubarb, enough acid to balance but not high acid. Whisper of tannin. Way better than my first bottle last year, I’m guessing this will get better for at least a few years.
