Saturday, May 20, 2023 - By the glass at Noble Rot in Wellington. From a just opened bottle, but it's surprisingly somewhat open. Fig paste, violet, rose sorts of aromas; and just smells good - delicious but deep. Tannic, young, but enjoyable. Enjoying this on its own, although it would probably be best with food at this stage. Good fruit, good acidity. Would like to try this aged.
