Saturday, June 24, 2023 - The balance here is spot-on: acidity, body, fruit. A fine and characteristic Riesling if not wildly characterful. The nose is full of lime, which gives way to a bit of petrol. This got better with air over the course of the evening, and I will wait a bit on my other bottles.
