Sunday, February 11, 2024 - 4 hours in an open bottle. Medium-bodied, not a velvet texture but neither is it delicate — very drinkable, with good acid, high note of burnt orange, mainly cranberries/cherries. Great wine for fish/fowl. Likely to be better in time.
