  • 4 hours in an open bottle. Medium-bodied, not a velvet texture but neither is it delicate — very drinkable, with good acid, high note of burnt orange, mainly cranberries/cherries. Great wine for fish/fowl. Likely to be better in time.

  • No need to complicate things: this is a damn near a perfect Pinot noir. We had it with pizza from Delphina in San Francisco’s Mission. We had it with impossible burgers and summer corn. I would drink this wine from an old shoe and love every sip.
