To be sure, this is a very solid juice, just adjust your style-expectations accordingly. Better suited for a hearty steak dinner with good friends than a stand-alone / drink-alone. It gets smoother in texture the longer it is decanted; 8 hours in, and it’s still drinking marvelously.
Drink now, but will probably remain at this plateau until 2022.
I paid $75 US which I believe is a fair price for the quality and age.
