Monday, January 2, 2023 - Opened for 2.5 hours. Color is dark ruby. On the nose: Cassis, raspberry, cherry and some vanilla. On the palate: Raspberry and tart cherry. Very soft , elegant and refined. Comes across more as Pinot Noir than Mataro. It’s interesting and worth trying. This is a food wine.
