Monday, September 18, 2023 - Deep clear ruby.
Ripe, almost roasted, savory aromas with a hint of creme de cacao.
Supple dark berry flavors, balanced acidity without too much heat at cellar temp. This is really quite a lovely example. Delicious now, but these have gained complexity with time as well.
