Monday, November 6, 2023 - Decanted 2.5 Hours. Upon decanting big bold plum & cherry aroma w/light leather color. Flavor of black currant, cherries, light tar w/strong legs. Wine is balanced in structure w/full pleasing oak finish. Wine profile over 2 hour dinner continued to soften on the finish. A great addition to Grilled rib eye, Italian Sausage & peppers & meat ravioli.
