Saturday, August 13, 2022 - 92+ Very Albariño. From a great winery - their single vineyard, oxidative Cos Pes is exceptional.

N: Bitter, floral tones pop, sweet honeydew melon underneath, subtle ripe nectarine, a bit salty.

P: Punchy, classic, not exuberant in fruit, mainly floral and mineral/ salty up front, ripe but zippy citrus. Preserved brined lemons. Med+ acidity, subtle grip. None of the nose's tropical undertones.

F: Green apple skin, salt, lemon zest/pith
