Saturday, March 19, 2022 - Medium gold colour. Small and lively bubbles. Medium and developing nose with green apples, lemon, bread, toast, bread dough and brioche. Medium taste of green apples, lemon, bread, toast and brioche. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good British Sparkling with good depth. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well as an aperitif, or with shellfish.
