Medium gold colour. Small and lively bubbles. Medium and developing nose with green apples, lemon, bread, toast, bread dough and brioche. Medium taste of green apples, lemon, bread, toast and brioche. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good British Sparkling with good depth. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well as an aperitif, or with shellfish.

Exploring new domaines in Burgundy with Jasper Morris MW (67 Pall Mall): 60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier. Attractive bead, honeyed nose. Fresh, balanced, good depth of flavour, some green apple. Seemed to be appreciated by all, and one of the best ESWs I've tasted to date.

Dominating Green apples and brioche on the nose. Dry. Rich fruit and crisp acidety. Complex mouthfeel. Apples, grapefruit and citrus on the palate. Just 👌

Clean, medium+ intensity and aromas of lemon, red apples, smashed rock, ham(!?), autolyse, coacoa, greene gooseberry, youthfull.
Palate is dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, body and flavour intensity, medium+ dry-extract and aromas of lemon, greene apples, flint, chalk, oysters, hint of liquorice, briocche, cacao, long finish.
Well balanced, long citrus drivven finish, intense acidity and solid concentration, medium+ complexity. Very good quality 90p++
