Sunday, August 15, 2021 - Remember this is a Beaujolais 100% Gamay but this is no ordinary Beaujolais. Lovely nose not powerful but elegant some dark fruit and some soft/gentle earth aromas. In the mouth very smooth again gentle fruit with a hint at earth may e even truffle but with a surprising length for Gamay not overly long but doesn’t finish in a rush and was still delivering at the end of the bottle 45 minutes later. Great QPR. Buy if you see if you would enjoy a nice wine without being heavy or demanding concentration.
